  Protein is one of the most important nutrients for the human body. Protein-rich food gives energy to the body and ensures its activity, and it involves in building and protecting the body's various tissues. Also, it’s important for muscles and tissues.
Proteins are divided into whole proteins which contain all essential amino acids in sufficient quantities to meet the body's needs for growth and tissue protection. Its best sources are: egg, cheese, milk, meat, fish, and chicken.
  Legumes, nuts and vegetables are called incomplete proteins because they lack the proper amounts of essential amino acids. When you take two types of incomplete proteins, you can provide the body with an integrated blend of amino acids such as beans and rice.    

Protein rich regime

    Proteins are essential nutrients and our daily diet should include enough to avoid any decrease in the activity and performance of the body and its organs. But the latest studies on healthy nutrition for different age groups suggest that 4 categories of people should have a protein-rich diet to keep them healthy:

 People most likely to gain weight:
  These people are advised to eat large amounts of protein because they help to feel full for a longer time, making them safe from eating other foods that cause unwanted weight gain. The protein also leads to blood sugar balance, which reduces the appetite.

Muscles Building:

  People who want to build their muscles are advised to eat protein-rich food to keep muscles as wanted.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

  -Fitness and  carbohydrates:                          

    Those must eat a lot of protein to maintain health in general, where their diet should include lean meat, eggs and vegetable proteins.

Middle aged people: 

  People who have reached middle age have to take extra protein to fight the effects of muscle weakness they may encounter at this time, but people in this age group, who have high blood pressure or heart disease and problems with high blood sugar should eat foods rich in vegetable protein instead of animal protein, for example, eating mushrooms instead of meat.
